We make bookings for you in good faith, but any component may be subject to changes beyond our control.  We cannot accept responsibility for such changes, however, we will endeavour to do our best to secure alternatives where and when possible.

Please note in the instance that one member of the party is signing on behalf of others, it is their responsibility to inform them of all Booking Conditions and general information.  This person is also primarily liable for all fees for the entire group in the event of any cancellation/amendment.

Passenger Names

Please supply/check all passenger names are exactly as per your passport/s.

Quotes & Reservations

Quotations are supplied for a consultation fee of $50.  This is deducted from your final payment amount once reservation is made.

All prices quoted are valid as of the date noted on them and are subject to increases/decreases or currency fluctuations as passed on by Wholesalers, Suppliers, Airlines and/or other Travel Operators.

Quotes are subject to availability and actual price at time of booking.  Any verbal quote is an estimate only and written quotes are subject to change until final payment is received.

To make a reservation, please notify Snow Business (in assoc. w' Integrity Travel), they will confirm in writing what has been reserved on your behalf and amount and date of deposit required to secure the reservation.

Terms and Conditions of Wholesaler/Suppliers

Every Wholesaler, Supplier, Airline and/or other Travel Operator have different Booking Conditions.  You should be provided with a copy of the applicable details on reservation – or before if you request.  Please ensure you have read all details, as amendments, cancellation and refunds can rely upon these conditions.

Validity

Any prices shown on the Snow Business website are representations of those on offer by Wholesalers and Suppliers.  They may be subject to change without notice until final payment has been received.

Any information shown on the website is either from personal experience or reports/articles where reliability has been verified as far as possible.  Snow Business (in assoc. w' Integrity Travel) cannot be held responsible for a different holiday experience from the examples displayed on the website, nor can it be held responsible for any amendments or errors to any information contained on the website.

Responsibility/Disclaimer

Snow Business (in assoc. w' Integrity Travel) acts as “an intermediary” (an agent) between yourselves and the Wholesaler/Supplier/Airline/Travel Operator of the quoted products and, as such, is not responsible for the non-performance or supply of these products.

Whilst we endeavour to confirm all arrangements are true to their description we can only pass on that information as supplied to us by the Wholesaler/Supplier/Airline/Travel Operator and do so in good faith. Airlines can at their decision cancel or reschedule flights and unfortunately we have no control over these.

Any personal knowledge of resorts, suppliers or accommodation that is passed on to you is intended as a guide only and cannot be taken as a guarantee.

All bookings are made on your behalf, but are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the individual Wholesalers/Suppliers/Airlines/Travel Operators.  These should also be passed on to you, if you do not receive them from us, please ensure you request a copy.

To assist with some problems that you may encounter, we strongly recommend that Travel Insurance be purchased.

Deposit

Required deposit varies depending on which Wholesaler/Supplier/Airline/Travel Operator is being used.  You will be informed on quote or reservation of deposit amounts.  Deposits are usually payable within 5-7 days of making the reservation, but not necessarily.  Reservations are not completely confirmed until deposit is paid.

Final Payments

Final payments also vary depending on which Wholesaler/Supplier/Airline/Travel Operator is being used.  Fluctuations in rates and currency exchanges apply until reservation is paid in full.

Bonds

Some accommodation houses (especially apartments) may charge a bond.  These are usually payable by a credit card imprint.  Please confirm with Snow Business (in assoc. w' Integrity Travel) if a bond is due on your arrival.

Method of Payment

Snow Business (in assoc. w' Integrity Travel) accept the following methods of payment:

Cash

  • Cheque  Made payable to Integrity Travel

Cancellation and Amendments

For all cancellation and amendments once deposit has been received, there will be a minimum charge of $20, plus those as detailed by the relevant Wholesaler/Supplier/Airline/Travel Operator.

Please refer to relevant Wholesaler/Supplier/Airline/Travel Operator Booking Conditions for their booking, cancellation and inclusion details.  This information is available from our office on request, but you should receive a copy with your initial reservation.  Particular attention is drawn to the cancellation conditions.

Generally all airfares are subject to conditions and restrictions.  The applicable conditions of your airfare are available from us on request.  Failure to pay on time can, in certain cases result in automatic cancellation of your booking or a higher fare being charged.

Once payments have been made, cancellation and amendment fees will apply to your travel arrangements; therefore, we strongly recommend that travel insurance be taken out at the time of deposit in order to protect you against cancellation fees in the event of unforeseen illness – either applying to yourself or close members of your family.

Please note that refunds can take many weeks in some circumstances. No refund will be available if you fail to advise us/or the relevant operators.

Last Minute Reservations

For bookings made inside 30 days of departure (northern hemisphere) or 14 days of departure (southern hemisphere) you may be charged a late booking fee by Wholesalers/Airlines/Suppliers or Travel Operators.  This will be confirmed to you when reservation is made and depends on relevant operator.

Travel Insurance

If for any reason you elect not to take the insurance offered, we require that you provide either copy of alternative insurance arranged or a statement in writing declining insurance.  It is important that you understand and are satisfied with the policy(s) we can arrange.  We can give you general information to help you decide but cannot advise on whether the terms are specifically appropriate for your needs.  We therefore recommend that you should carefully read the relevant Policy Document and other information we provide before deciding.

Airline Rules Ref. Carry-On Liquids

From 31 March 2007 the Australian Government has introduced enhanced security measures to limit the amount of liquids, aerosols and gels (LAGs) that can be taken through an international screening point by people who are flying to or from Australia.

The core feature of the LAGs measures is a restriction on the maximum container size that can be carried through an international screening point. The maximum container size is 100mls (which is broadly equivalent to 100 grams). All 100ml containers presented for inspection must fit comfortably within a one (1) litre transparent re-sealable plastic bag, for example, 20cm X 20cm or 15cm X 25cm. There is a limit of one bag per passenger. This bag is to be presented to the screener for visual inspection. The bag will also be x-rayed.

If you would like further information on these security measures, please ask before departure, visit www.dotars.gov.au or call the helpline on 1300 791 581.
